The HEALTH.AI Pomerania project aims to establish artificial intelligence in the Pomerania Euroregion as a forward-looking tool for improving healthcare. To this end, the medical project partners from Eberswalde, Greifswald and Szczecin are trialling AI solutions in practice on both sides of the German-Polish border. Their experiences will be used to develop guidelines for the use of AI that can be utilised by other clinics and medical facilities. The University of Greifswald is leading the project and is also responsible for the scientific expertise in assessing the legal and health economic framework conditions for the use of AI in everyday medical practice.
HEALTH.AI Pomerania is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union as part of the lnterreg VI A Mecklenburg-Vorpommern I Brandenburg I Polska 2021 – 2027 programme.
